I ate dairy queen fries & a large mr misty freeze(includes soft serve, slush syrup & crushed ice all made separately then combined) 6 hours later o flew out of bed to vomit discovering a few minutes in that I couldnt hold my bowels either. I am a retired health care professional & know it was dairy queen because I hadn't eaten anything else within 25 hours, the food had not even begun to digest & still appeared as small frie peices & symptoms combined. The st. Joseph site has had a swift decline in both cleanliness & service over the last couple seasons since a management/owner overturn & we generally avoid it but I had a cold & was tempted by my husbands offering to bring home comfort food. We will not go there again & will share the news with all we know. Much to my regret, I had ignored DQ poor heathcode report cards in recent years as their soft serve is not actual ice cream & we dont generally eat a meal there. Just an occasional treat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
