I was taking a road trip and stopped to put gas and picked up some pretzels with queso dip at the Dairy Queen inside the Pilot gas station. A few hours later after I arrived to my destination I began feeling like I had a fever and began vomiting and having to use the bathroom a lot. I spent all night shaking from chills from the fever. I know it was Dairy Queen because it was the only thing I ate yesterday. I personally think it was the cheese dip it came with. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Shaking
