Blizzards Cause Nausea, Vomiting - Dairy Queen, Berkeley Springs West Virginia

On Saturday, February 24th, I had gone to the Dairy Queen with two friends. One of my friends and I ordered blizzards, mine was a banana split and his was a mint chocolate chip. The time we got there was 8:45. On Sunday morning at 2 am I was awaken by a very bad stomach ache and vomiting. Around 6 am, I texted my friend and he just awakened to vomiting and stomach pains.
Called the establishment and made them aware of what happened to us and they were dismissive, “ couldn’t happen because the ice cream stays at 18 degrees.
I told them that it was strange that we got the same thing and both sick. I was also told it couldn’t be anything that could have happened at the store and it takes longer to get food poisoning., time frame wasn’t right | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
