- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in main building west first floor girls washroom (74. 1f), first floor west staff, office, principal washroom (74. 2-74. 6f), west second floor girls washoom (74. 8f), staff washroom 200 (74f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed timed faucet not functioning properly in washroom 200. Water must run continuosly for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed no hot water at right sink and leaking drainpipe at left sink in annex girls first floor washroom. Observed low hot water pressure at annex boys first floor washroom and main building second floor women staff washroom. Observed missing cap on left hot water faucet in annex second floor boys washroom and right sink in annex second floor girls washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed missing covers on receptacles in annex first and second floor staff washrooms. Observed no covered receptacles in main building office staff washrooms. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacles in all women and unisex washrooms.

- comments: observed peeling paint on walls above 3-compartment sink and missing baseboards along walls in annex first floor boys and girls washroom. Instructed manager to repair/replace and maintain.
