Hours after eating Noodles and Chinese Cabbage from here, I vomited the entire meal up. After vomiting, I still have nausea. However, I've eaten from there many times before this incident and never gotten sick. I am not sure what happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
