- comments: observed standing water in mop sink located in warehouse/storage area outside rear exit of kitchen. Remove standing water and maintain sink in clean working condition.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed dumpster area with recycling overflowing and cardboard boxes on ground in piles. Observed dumpsters not closed. Must clean and maintain garbage area. Priority foundation violation, no citation issued.
