For my birthday, my friends and I went to D&B for bar food and games. I ate Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. My brother in law got exactly the same symptoms, he had ribs and fries. everyone else in our party of 10 had street tacos and were OK. Worst birthday ever. I am still in bed two days later and feeling super weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
