Killer Bread: Severe Reactions - Aldi, Silver Spring Maryland

Serious heartburn, vomiting with blood, nosebleed, diarrhea. My family recently switched to this bread kinda by force as it was the only “seemingly” healthy bread at Aldi where we usually shop. I’ve always avoided it because of the name “killer bread”, but my husband picked it up. Immediately after eating it I experienced vomiting but I didn’t even realize that he had bought different bread. But after he bought a second loaf and I got a nosebleed shortly after eating toast and later a migraine and vomit with blood this time, I investigated and realized we had been eating it the past 2 weeks so I threw the rest out. Not sure what’s up with it but I’m a black person, also plant based and it did not work out well for me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Migraine, Heartburn
