I ate del taco today, fish tacos to be exact. An hour later I had stomach cramping that turned to diarrhea, then the vomiting began. I went into my nearest urgent care where I was prescribed nausea medicine. An antibiotic and ordered to stay away from solid foods for 1 week. Blood work was also ordered | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea
