My daughter an I stopped at Del taco on Jones and 95@ 530pm she got a chicken taco. After eating approx 10 minutes she began to have diaharea and then about an hour later if that sever pains in her stomache and then she starting throwing up, @ 7:20 pmback ache palms numbing along with her fingers took her to the er and the Dr diagnosed her with food poising | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
