I placed the bag on the floor of the passenger side and went straight home to eat with my husband. I don't get grossed out from oily textures so I opted to eat the bowl that was on the bottom of the bag and gave him the top one. Fast forward about 6.5 hours later I wake up at 0130 with severe stomach cramps. I had liquid diarrhea and wound up projectile-vomiting the contents of the Famous Bowl all over the bathroom because I had to get off the toilet seat. This diarrhea/vomiting dance continued until about 0800; I threw up 5 times throughout the night with the last few just expelling foamy bile with very little solids. The diarrhea continued into the day as I tried to recover with rest and rehydration. I also ran a low-grade fever; I'm normally at 98.0F but I had a 100.2F temperature when I took it about 24 hours after eating the meal. I'm still having issues keeping my liquid food down and could only consume 400 calories on Apr 3.
Apr 5 Update: while my symptoms have subsided aside from still having a headache, my husband is now experiencing the same thing I did. He had the stomach cramps and diarrhea starting at 0400 and now he's also throwing up. We got smart after my own sickness that now we have a bucket in front of the toilet. A quick search on the type of food poisoning shows that salmonella symptoms can take effect anytime between 6 hours to 6 days after infection.
