Turkey Taco ER Visit - Del Taco, Bullhead City Arizona

I ate one turkey taco and a small fry around 600 pm on Saturday . I work up with severe diarrhea around 200 am finally went to ER before they got me admitted I was vomiting very bad. I had fever up to 103, severe aches and pain, headache that still continues and still diarrhea its been a little over 48 hours of onset of symptoms, i dont plan on eating thete ever sgain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
