Ate the number one meal which is Two hard shell tacos with French fries. Had it around 8:00 pm and around 4 am I woke in a pool of sweat, head throbbing, and had thrown up three times. Diarrhea is ongoing right now and it’s been over 10 hours since I have eaten the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
