Bean Burrito Illness Suspected - Del Taco,

Got great sleep night before, got bean & cheese burrito at 10am while running errands. By noon, I was getting very achy, getting chills, fatiguing, etc. Worsened immensely that night with unbearable abdominal pain. Lost appetite with slight nausea. Can't guarantee this was the cause, but a possibility. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain
