On Feb 23 today. At 2:00 pm, I had a beef burrito and three small tacos by 4 o'clock this afternoon I had severe vomiting severe diarrhea nausea it is now 11 pm on the same day and I am still severely sick the cold shiver can't get warm throwing up and diarrhea I can't keep nothing down and if I move even a little bit I get nauseated and have to run for the bathroom I have retraced my eating habits for today I had a Apple donut from Albertsons this morning too cutie oranges about noon and then at 2 I stopped in to Del Taco for lunch I'm so sick I have contemplated going to the emergency room several times since 4 o'clock I have only been able to tolerate a few sips of sprite since this afternoon I am very concerned about this I have a pacemaker an illness is very difficult on my heart thank you for taking the time to look into this matter if you have any suggestions how I can start to feel better please feel free to email me | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
