On Thursday April 7, 2002 I bought my elderly father 2 del tacos and a combo burrito. This was around 11am. He had nothing more to eat the rest of the day and then he became very ill with vomiting and diarrhea about 7 hours later. This is the first time ever my father has experienced food poisoning. The meat mixture of the burrito was leaking and runny and was all over the bag. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
