march 3 veggie burrito del taco so when I went to go to the chiropractor I stopped at Del taco in Santa Maria bought a veggie burrito and that was the only source of food I had until I got back to my house and immediately about three hours later I wanted to eat but I was starting to feel really weak and dizzy and I started puking and I puked about like 12 times and then had severe diarrhea where I was squirting out water for like almost a day and a half. I was so dizzy and weak I had to go to the hospital to get IV fluids put in me and Zofran for nausea. it took me out about a week and a half and I couldn't go to work. | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
