Delta airlines flight from Costa Rica to Atlanta 6/23/19 After flying on Delta Airlines yesterday I got home and within 2 hours was vomiting followed by diarrhea and abdominal pain and nausea, 15 people in our group all had similar symptoms that persist through this afternoon, 24 hours after flight | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
