In-Flight Meal Illness Suspected - Delta Airlines,

Both me and my son started to feel ill next day after returning from Moscow to Seattle. My wife experienced some symptoms as well but got better quicker. We suspect the chicken-based food they served in DL145. I’ve experienced headache, pain in lymph nodes and diarrhea, my son experienced nausea and vomiting. Our temperature remained around 37.3 C(no fever). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
