I fly often, am very healthy (mostly vegetarian diet) and very active with outdoor activity. Twice this month, I’ve been laid completely horizontal for 24-48 hours with a debilitating headache, muscle aches, nausea and vomiting-even small amounts of water. I suspected the culprit was dehydration; although I’m very careful to consume water/electrolytes. Realized that these two episodes follow the same flight (distance/locations) on Delta where I ate an Impossible Burrito. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
