Contaminated condiments. I ordered fried onion rings which were served with packets of Heinz ketchup. The exterior of the packet was sticky. Further examination incuding a taste test proved it was maple flavored syrup. Apparently the packets had been on a previous diner's meal plate. They obviously had been reused without even bothering to rinse them off before serving them to me. The failure to cleanse the packets allowed bacteria to grow. While reusing unopened packets is common in lower quality restauurants, I expected they would care enough about their reputation, and their custmers well being not to engage in risky practices. Very easy way to spread hepatitis, as well as many other contagious diseases I was the only one in a party of two who got sick. | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
