Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, ChillsSuspected source: Within an hour of eating a Cobb salad at Dennys in La Mesa, off I8, I began having horrible upper abdominal pain, tenesmus, followed by loose stools and later diarrhea. While there I felt horribly nauseous and wanted to vomit. I felt very dizzy and clammy. Felt as I was going to pass out. I was unable to leave for about 45 minutes while in the bathroom. Finally felt I could drive my husband back to the motel where symptoms continued.
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: My husband ate something else. The day before we shared the same order of Mexican food at 3 p.m. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness
