Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: Boneless chicken wings marinated with honey garlic sauce. I ordered boneless wings with garlic and honey sauce on them. Two and a half hours later, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. I vomited so much that I couldn’t breath, and blacked out and woke up on the bathroom floor. This went on for a couple hours. My wife called for an ambulance. I had severe food poisoning. I’m not trying to condemn the restaurant. Or give them a bad review. (I doubt they care).
