Ordered fish with a side of rice. I think the main source of the food poisoning was from the fish. Although my friend, who ate the rice, also experienced diarrhea. Symptoms have persisted for almost 3 days with significant abdominal pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
