Denny's Restraunt, Bangor, ME
Had lunch on 3/17/2016 around 1 pm. Skillet chicken with bourbon sauce, mushrooms, onions, red peppers and potato. Had a coke as a drink, Live one hour away, by the time I got home I started violent throwing up and diarrhea. This lasted until 4 am (7 times). Rested on Friday, threw up twice. Went to emergency room Sat. morning (9 hours) and received iv for dehydration along with diagnoise of Food Poisoning. Took 5 days altogether before I started to feel better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
