Had the salad bar salad -lettuce, among other things, piece of chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, noodles and 20 min later my stomach started hurting- I can’t stop using the bathroom and feel so sick- my stomach has severe cramps. My friend had the same thing and she feels nauseous and stomach hurts. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
