Pizza with cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was not good at all but I thought that was just my opinion. All night I had gas pain so bad I was laying on the floor and taking a hot bath in between bouts of diarrhea.Very unpleasant. I became dehydrated.
There were only like four disks of pepperoni on a large pizza (very skimpy) so maybe it was from the cheese?
I paid $20 to get food poisoning. Sauce that is supposedly so delicious. Yuck. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Gas
