I had a sandwich and a Diet Coke, I then got really bad heartburn and then throwing up and had diarrhea and I felt so light headed i feinted, I thought it was the sandwich until the next day when my gf had the same thing happen to her, after eating totally different food and also drinking DIET COKE. It was the only common thing we had and then I did a search for diet coke food poisoning and found all of these reports. I will never drink diet coke again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Lightheaded
