Frozen Pizza Illness Report - Dollar General, Wheeling West Virginia

3 years ago reported by user-zdhgn669 business

Dijorno three meat stuffed crust pizza, Dollar General, Elm Terrace, Wheeling, WV, USA

1 Elm Terrace, Wheeling, 26003 West Virginia, United States

Bought a Dijorno three meat stuffed crust pizza at 4pm today. Cooked it at 6:30pm. My son and I immediately got sick with nausea vomiting and diarrhea (it is now 7:15pm). Called store to complain. Was told to tell mgr tomorrow. They said the pizzas were within Best Buy period and didn’t state if they would remove from sale. And no mention of a refund | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Keep in mind the sell by date doesn't matter if the item was somehow defrosted and refrozen. That is the store's responsibility and not the manufacturer's
