Hotel Salad Illness Alert - Dolmen Hotel Malta, San Pawl il-Baħar

We arrived with our two little sons on 16/10/2022 and checked in here with an all-inclusive package. We did not dine outside our hotel. On the evening of 18/10 we dined in the main restaurant and ate salad with some herb mayo on top. That night my husband felt very unwell. He was vomiting all night, felt nauseous and had diarrhoea. I started feeling unwell in the morning and barely managed to stomach one toast. Our boys were fine, but they ate very little from the restaurant. I felt nauseous and vomited for a couple of days until it passed. We were not able to enjoy our all-inclusive package at all and were very disappointed with how the hotel managed this (they did not even acknowledge our situation).
