Domino's Pizza, 25th Street, Columbus, IN, United States

1770 25th Street, Columbus, 47201 Indiana, United States

Ate 1 slice pepperoni pizza brought in to work yesterday (fresh) and had violent nausea/vomiting/diarrhea all night. Leaving work, saw person in break room looking bad and was told, "I feel sick." Had eaten same pizza. I originally reported this incorrectly a coming from Little Caesars. That was incorrect. It came from Dominos. Sick in bed all day today. Feel horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
