Last weekend, Friday night 4/13/18. I ordered 2 pan pizzas from the dominoes in Virginia beach, va Indian river/kempsville store. I purchased one with pepperoni and one cheese. I also got a salad . Around 1am I woke with severe cramping doubled over in pain, I had cold sweats, fever, vomiting, extreme nausea and bloody stool. This went in to the following day. I was the only one that had the salad and the only one that got ill. The cramping was so severe I couldn't stand up straight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Nausea, Bloody Stool
