December 3rd, 2016. We ordered a large pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms (7.99) special pick up with a side tossed salad. We picked it up at approximately 8:15 p.m.. the pizza was not hot, and salad was warm.
My boyfriend and I started having violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever nausea and chills. Very weak. This lasted for 4 days. Will never go back! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills
