9 years ago reported by user-xtfgz872

Domino's Pizza, Banks Drive, Chapel Hill, NC, United States

110 Banks Drive, Chapel Hill, 27514 North Carolina, United States

On Thursday night my two children, one of their friends, my husband and myself shared a large half pepperoni domino's pizza. My son woke up at 2 am vomiting. He also developed diarrhea. At 2:30 my daughter began vomiting. The next morning I had severe diarrhea and a fever. All three of us slept on and off all day and had severe body aches. Saturday my husband developed intestinal issues and slept most of the day. My daughter and I were somewhat better but still dizzy, tired, nauseous, with body aches. Sunday almost back to normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dizziness, Body Ache
