I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings beef and onions, and 10 peices of honey garlic chicken and ate it on April 4th around 10pm to 11pm. I went to sleep after I ate but suddenly woke up with an intense stomach pain at 12:20am April 5th and I have been in the toilet ever since. It is curren 1:26am at the time of typing. All time is in Eastern standard time. I still have an intense stomach ache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
