I ordered a pizza garlic bread and spicy chicken niblets last night after eating the pizza probably about 3 hours later I felt really uncomfortable I thought nothing of it at went to sleep I woke up at about midnight and was up every hour untill 10am vomiting and also had diarrhoea. I was not able to go to work today and I have only just been able to get out of bed! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
