I had a garlic bread pizza and a chocolate pizza on Thursday 8th August at 19:00. By 03:30 I had vomiting, diarrhea, headache and a fever. This episode lasted almost 24 hours. I was unable to keep fluids down, did not try to eat any food. Absolutely awful! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
