Got a individual pizza and pizza garlic bread from here. I believe it was the pizza garlic bread that caused me to fill sick, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and cramps. It was definitely the pizza garlic bread as that was the only thing I had eaten all day and led me to feel sick soon after.
