Sunday, the 24th of June, 2018, I ordered only the parmesan bread bites (32 count). I had packaged parmesan (maybe 5 packets) extra on top of it with 3 garlic dipping sauce. At 1 am on the 25th, I began to have serious stomach pains. I felt hot and shakey like i was going to throw up. Could not lie down on my sides or stomach whatsoever. 8 am rolls around with no sleep caused by the severe pain in my stomach. Started getting gassy, so I assumed it was just a gassy tummy ache. I took 1.5 tums to calm my stomach and as soon as I swallowed them down, I began vomiting violently. 6 times I vomited, enough force to come out my nose each time. The vomiting was for about 3 hours. After the 6th time vomiting, i began having diarrhea, which lasted about an hour. As I began having diarrhea, I noticed I was breaking out in a red rash on my inner legs, stomach, back, neck, arms and underneath my armpits. Went to ER where they said it was most likely food poisoning, as I have had these items before many times in the past, and from the same location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
