I order 2 medium pizza two toppings which was one beef an primiun Chichén and one double pineapple. We all eat the pizza and my baby two year old wokes up at 11:30pm complaining for belly pain and vomiting with out stop, he was like this all night crying By the morning my daughter and I was the same way is o ready 30 hours and we still vomiting, diarrhea and we can hold anything in the stomach not even water.... I'm am so frustrated to see my kids suffering all this just for the pizza, I'm sure is the pizza because is the only thing we eat all three of us and my husband didn't and his fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
