Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Dominoes Pizza with the Premium Chicken or They added sausage(Pork) in my ground beef to my other pizza. We don’t consume pork at all.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: other: Not over it yet
Sick: 3 people
Additional information: Weaknesses | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
