Additional information: Have felt sick for about 24 hours, eating small things aren't even helping, almost making it worse. The idea of food at this current moment is awful. Decided to get delivery from here, I received a slight headache. Didn't think anything of it. The next day, I ate the rest of the pizza for dinner, about 1 hour after eating it, I started getting a headache. After a few hours I started to feel sick.
