I orded Philly steak sandwich. Daughter ordered Italian sandwich. Both of us are sick throwing up. Nausea, pain, hot ears. extreme pain in neck. So bad and scary! Was up until 4am throwing up and now next day still feel bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
