Pizza Meal Leads to Illness - Domino's Pizza, Paddock Wood England

7 years ago reported by user-nbmjz564 business

Domino's Pizza - Paddock Wood, Church Road, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, UK

2A Church Road, Paddock Wood, TN12 6EZ England, United Kingdom

Paddock wood - Tonbridge - Kent Online account - I ordereda large Mexican Fiesta a hot and spicy and 7 chicken Kickers for two of us. My 13 yrs old son and I shared the meal leaving half of the potion for tomorrow. On the same night we both felt sick experiencing similar syndromes such as bad diarrhoea severe headache vomiting and temperature. The remaining half of the pizza was bin as I have no doubt that we had both suffered from food poisoning. The sickness lasted over 24 hrs before we felt better. I went back to my local Shop( where the food were ordered) and kindly notified one of the staffs on the quiet as I didnt want to spread any fear among the customers which were in the store. My aim was to let the shop know so that they can look into this but I soon realised that this member of staff was more inclined to be on the defence. I was told that in total they had sold 190 pizzas last night and that no one has made a complain of food posioning. My reply was that I was pleased that no one else got sick and that if my family was subject to food poisoning from the last night meal my comment still warrant a check & record for prevention purpose. This member of staff wasnt interested so I left it there. I wasnt after a refund nor a free pizza treat for my next order. I just know that the food we ate that afternoon made us sick( note that this meal was the only meal which we both had that evening with a bottle of Diet Coke). I had a different lunch from my son on the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
