Pizza with toppings of sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, black olives, onions. From heres, My boyfriend and I shared a pizza. I ate one slice, he ate 2 or 3. Within 6 or so hours we were both sweating, vomiting, dry heaving, and had stomach cramps along with severe dehydration. We could not even keep a sip of water down for 3 days. On the fourth day we could keep down saltine crackers and water. The only thing that we both ate in the days prior to the sickness was the pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration, Sweating
