Food Safety Report: Domino's Pizza, South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, CO, United States.

Domino's Pizza, South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, CO, United States

1136 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver, 80246 Colorado, United States

At about 5:30 p.m. I ordered pasta primavera from the Dominos off South Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO. It arrived around 30 to 40 minutes later or longer, because delivery man was lost. It was delicious and I was hungry after work, so I ate it all. It had spinach, tomatoes, and onions. At 9 p.m., my daughter, who did not eat any of my food since she had chicken, and I went to bed. And, about 11:45 p.m. half asleep, I awoke with food forcing itself out of my mouth, so I ran to the toilet and before I could kneel, it gushed out of me, like a fire hydrant. It came out of my mouth and nose, burning my ears, nose, and throat. So, I threw up and thought I was finished. I went back to bed and then up again all the way till maybe 1 a.m., back and forth. I got hot and my head felt like it was going to flow up. By the time, it ended, my nose was clogged and burning. I slept with a clogged nose. This morning I woke up and could breath. But, my throat hurts and I still feel nauseous. I will probably never order from Dominos again! Food poison is painful!
If I still have symptoms tomorrow, I will probably go to the doctor. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
