I had not eaten any food since breakfast, which was just cornflakes and milk, I had a dominos pizza for dinner. The next morning I was having stomach cramps and did not eat breakfast. By lunchtime I was having body aches, intense stomach cramping, and nausea. I did not eat lunch. By 3pm I had a fever, headache, diarrhea, and vomiting which lasted all evening.
