Garlic Sauce Illness Suspected - Domino's Pizza, Georgetown Texas

1 year ago reported by user-pzmk5875 business

Domino's Pizza, Western Trail, Georgetown, TX, USA

104 Western Trail, Georgetown, 78628 Texas, United States

Had Domino's pizza on the evening of 11/27/24 with my family. I was the only one that had the garlic dipping sauce. The next morning I felt low in energy and by 10A I was vomiting a strong neon yellow liquid that tasted like butter. All day of the 11/28/24 I couldn't hold any food or liquids and had fever, chills and a headache. The next day I didn't eat much as I felt better but without an appetite, just thirsty. Today 12/1 I have attempted to eat and again I can't hold solids currently. No fever at the moment but headache is still present. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
