Jan 15, a Alfredo sauce, ham and pineapple pizza Three adults (one young adult, two 70 year olds) fell ill within 6 hours of eating the pizza. Same symptoms. The two of the three had just returned from visiting family in a different state for two weeks. This pizza was the only shared meal between the three in over two weeks. Pizza was ordered delivery from here. Symptoms caused: nausea, low fever, vomiting, diarrhea. Pizza contained pineapple, ham, Alfredo sauce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
