Well, I ordered dominos about 11:36 and it got here at 11:58 and it was the chicken Alfredo bowl, and some breadsticks. I ate it, and it felt chewier than last time, but I was hungry and thought my mind was playing games, so I continued to eat it, 20 minutes after, I get this pain in my stomach like I need to release some bowels or fart, so I decided to try to sleep it off. Around 10 a.m. I woke up ran to the bathroom had diarrhea and then threw up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
